This morning it was 28 degrees according to the outside thermometer on my fence. This definitely NOT Florida weather...at least not here in the Tampa Bay area.
It is supposed to warm up by Saturday, just in time for the Gasparilla Invasion and Parade.
If you plan on drinking (and everyone does at these parades) be sure to make arrangements with Tampa Bay Town Cars to take you where you want to go. they can be found at www.tampabaytowncars.com
